Return Period:
Returns accepted within 30 days after delivery 
(14 days for EU as required by law)
返品期限：
商品受領後30日以内に返品リクエスト可能
（EU域内発送は法令により14日）

Return Conditions:
- Same condition as received
- Unused / Unworn
- All tags attached
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
返品条件：
- 受領時と同じ状態・未使用・未着用
- タグ付き
- 元のパッケージ入り
- 注文番号など購入証明が必要

Hygiene Products:
Items that may come into contact with the mouth 
(e.g. breastfeeding accessories) are not returnable if opened.
衛生商品：
哺乳瓶関連・口に触れる可能性のある商品は開封後返品不可

Return Procedure (Pre-Contact Required):
Please contact us before sending the item back.
We will provide instructions and a return label if necessary.
